This afternoon, our iTeach Maker Club students dove into the exciting world of circuits using LittleBits! From cars and score counters to alarms and unique inventions, their creativity was truly electrifying! 🔋✨ Not only did they learn about the components of a circuit, but they also worked together to bring their ideas to life. CMS is gearing up for Read Across America with a book fair! The book fair will begin Monday, March 3rd, and will run through 5th period on Friday, March 7th. Students will visit with their ELA classes on Monday or Tuesday (see attachment for schedule), and they will be allowed to visit on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with ELA teacher permission and money to spend. We hope that the students enjoy the book fair and buy some great new reads to celebrate Read Across America Week!

Students are going to use the reverse classroom method to help their peers learn and be more engaged in the lesson. Not only does this reinforce deeper learning of the content, but it emphasizes real life skills such as organizing, collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
