Our fantastic freshmen are not just learning the ropes; they're mastering the art of self-introduction, perfecting the handshake, and crafting lasting first impressions. Recently, they stepped into the spotlight, recording their intros for a reflective assignment. Here are a few snapshots of them capturing the essence of these invaluable skills! #HighSchoolTransition #FirstImpressionsMatter #NewBeginnings #TheDEN

Two classes in one space, sharing resources and ideas.
Last week, Mrs. Francis and Mrs. Smith joined their classes so that students could work on their Hispanic Heritage projects. Mrs. Francis worked one-on-one with students on their writing, and Mrs. Smith provided art supplies and ideas for the required artwork. Students enjoyed each other and made headway on their entries for this assignment.

Our PreK students wanted to spread some love to the community by making Valentine’s cards to hand out to all four nursing homes in Claxton. Students created the cards and teachers delivered them to the residents. The residents were so appreciative, and they said it made their Valentine’s Day special. 💘 In all, 108 Valentine’s were delivered!
