🎨✨ Imagination Meets Inspiration in Visual Arts! ✨🎨
Our Visual Arts students have been diving into creative projects that bring together unique artistic styles and inspirations!
🌟 Project 1: Students combined the whimsical eeriness of Tim Burton’s snowmen with the swirling beauty of Vincent van Gogh’s Starry Night to create stunning, one-of-a-kind masterpieces.
🎄 Project 2: Drawing from Dr. Seuss, students crafted scenes featuring the Grinch himself holding an ornament, blending creativity and holiday cheer.
For both projects, students used multiple art mediums to bring their visions to life, exploring textures, colors, and techniques. Amazing work, Tiger artists! 🖌️✨

🌍 Creative Solutions for a Sustainable Future in Mrs. Myers's 6th Grade Science Class! 🛠️
Mrs. Myers’s 6th-grade science students recently tackled an exciting challenge: designing and evaluating solutions for sustaining the quality and supply of natural resources like water, soil, and air!
Each group began by identifying real-world challenges to the supply and quality of their chosen resource. From there, they brainstormed and designed innovative solutions to protect and sustain these vital resources.
But the learning didn’t stop at the design phase—our students took it to the next level by bringing their visions to life in Minecraft! 🎮 Working collaboratively, they constructed virtual models of their solutions, showcasing their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
To wrap up the project, students presented their designs and explained how their solutions could address the challenges they identified. The presentations were both inspiring and educational, demonstrating a strong understanding of environmental conservation and the power of innovation.
We’re so proud of Mrs. Myers’s students for thinking critically and working together to create a better future for our planet! 🌱💧✨
