In addition to their core academic courses, our high school students have a choice of 9 different career pathways. Think of a career pathway like choosing a major in college, but you can start in high school. - Career pathways are a series of courses focused on your career interests. -Career pathways help students connect learning to their choice(s) to be either enrolled in post-secondary education, enlisted in the military, and/or immediately employed in the workforce after graduation. -Career pathways act as roadmaps which guide students to the right classes and future options. - Career pathways build skills and knowledge for earning industry certifications, degrees, and career success. More Major Music Moments This past weekend, Sophomore Lane Lajun and CHS Choral Director Maurice Burney spent the weekend in Athens preparing for All State Choir performances. Rehearsal was scheduled throughout the day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The event culminated with a public performance on Saturday at 5:30 PM.
