🚒🔥 Heads up, Tiger Nation!! 🔥🚒
This afternoon, Claxton High School will host a special firefighter training event featuring crews from Claxton Fire Department, Evans County Fire Department, Tattnall Fire Department, and other departments from across Georgia!
A classroom session will take place at CHS, followed by a live pressurized container fire training in the parking lot beside the football field starting around 5 PM.
The propane used for this training was generously donated by Claxton Oil Company—thank you for supporting our first responders!
We’re sharing this so the community isn’t alarmed by the fire trucks or flames—it’s all part of a controlled training exercise to help our local heroes stay sharp. 🙌
Big thanks to our fire departments and CHS for teaming up to make this happen!
