Ms. Fallin's and Mrs. Fennell’s classes are learning to write a personal narrative. Today they focused on adding as many details to their story as possible. This allows the reader to picture the experience in their mind.

The 1st grade students in the gifted resource class have been studying wildfires. Mr. Brian Croft and Mr. Ashley Sikes came and talked with the students about their experiences with wildfires. Students were able to wear gear, hear about fighting wildfires and have their questions answered. We are so thankful that these men were able to share their experiences and help educate us on ways to prevent wildfires.
