Parent Meeting for all students interested in playing football for the 2023 season will be held on Monday, May 1 at 6PM in the CMS/CHS Cafetorium.

CES hosted an AWESOME multi-location Reading Fiesta on Thursday, April 20th! Students, parents, and families could visit CES for literacy fun and to get an Evans County Public Library card, or they could visit the ECCSS Literacy Bus at the Evans County Recreation Department to grab a book to take home! Thanks to all of our students, staff, families, and community partners for making our CES Reading Fiesta a fun and successful event! #ExcellenceLeadershipFamily #CESReadingFiesta

Mornings can be rushed, but it is important to make time for breakfast. Children can benefit from the School Breakfast Program! Studies show that school breakfast can raise test scores while improving classroom attentiveness and behavior. Make sure your kids start the school day with a healthy meal!

CMS teachers and staff have worked hard to decorate their doors and hallways to encourage our students to do their best on Georgia Milestones. Please go to bed early, eat a good breakfast, and be on time for school tomorrow. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Good luck...we know you'll do great!

Congratulations to the ECCSS students who earned five “top spots” in the FDRESA YGA competition: Leanna DeLoach (5th grade, Honorable Mention), Felicia Manuel (8th, Grade-Level Winner), Alyssa Jones (11th grade, Honorable Mention), Arieonna McKinnon (6th grade, 2nd place), and Zionna Corley (9th grade, Honorable Mention).
