CMS students and staff are enjoying Red Ribbon Week. Dress up days are fun, and they remind us to make wise choices!

7th grade math students shared their knowledge of proportions around CMS this week. They walked around the school to different locations, and when Mrs. Sapp asked how to calculate the constant, students would chant with hand motions, “Y divided by X is the constant!” So, if you have a child or know a child who is a 7th grader, be sure to ask them to how to find the constant!

🎈🎗️ Claxton Elementary Rocks Red Ribbon Week! 🎉
Our Red Ribbon Week has been a blast so far! Students and staff are spreading positivity, unity, and the importance of making healthy choices. We've seen fantastic participation and creativity. ❤️
With "Lei off Drugs" and "Team Up Against Drugs and Cancer" days still ahead, the excitement continues. Let's keep the positive vibes flowing for a brighter, healthier future!

🎤 Allie Floyd, Alyssa Jones, Charles Oglesby, Miranda Garrido-Lorenzana, and Kamryn Carter wowed us as student speakers. They delved into Red Ribbon Week's history, the impact of drugs on families and our bodies, and wrapped it up with a powerful call to choose a drug-free life.
