CMS BETA students Hope Elan and Zachery Valentine competed in the art competition at the Georgia State BETA Convention. Hope submitted a sculpture of her name, and Zachery submitted a pointillism painting of a jellyfish. Both works of art showed creativity and hard work and represented our school well. CMS BETA students Omar Sanchez-Gonzalez (6th grade), Ashley Luna Gonzalez (7th grade), and Katherine Rosales-Rodriguez (8th grade) took the Spanish academic test for their grade level. Ashley and Omar both placed 5th in the state, and these two spots earned them a spot for Nationals in June. We are proud of all three of these students because the academic competitions are very difficult. They had to take a 50 question test in only 30 minutes! Awesome job, guys! #RoarANDSoar #Betafamous
