Genie Miller, Evans County Chief Magistrate Judge, visiting the Legal Environment of Business class at Claxton High School. She spoke with students about how legal issues related to business are handled through the court system.
Halloween was a blast at CMS. Students and staff were allowed to dress in costumes, and the CES Pre-K classes came over to get a treat from the CMS House leaders. A great time was had by all!

We had an amazing time celebrating our 250+ incredible students who met their Accelerated Reading or iStation goals with the Georgia Southern University Wildlife Program. 🌟🐍 From up-close encounters with incredible snakes to the majestic birds of prey and even the unique Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches – it was a day filled with awe and wonder. A huge shoutout to all these students for their hard work, and a massive thank you to Georgia Southern University for making this wildlife show possible. 🦉🐍

During halftime at our CHS Lady Tiger Flag Football game on 10/24/23, we had the privilege of honoring our dedicated and inspiring teachers. They're the real MVPs both on and off the field!
Each of the Lady Tigers chose a teacher and presented them with a gift and a handwritten thank you card.

Mrs. Lane's Intro to Business & Business Law classes researched "dead" companies & created items for this "scary" cemetery for Halloween. In their research, the students learned about what the company was, how long it was in business, & what led to it going out of business. #TheDEN #PracticalBusinessKnowledge
