Where: CHS Healthcare Science Classroom

Important Requirements:

Age: Must be at least 16 years old to donate.

Consent: 16-year-olds must have a signed parental consent form (available from Mrs. Welch).

Identification: A photo ID is required at the time of donation.

How to Schedule: Please see Mrs. Welch to schedule your donation time and ensure our drive runs smoothly.
