The Evans County Board of Education and Evans County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 5:00 PM in the Evans County Board of Education Meeting Room. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to receive citizen comment on the proposed redistricting of the Evans County Board of Commissioners and Board of Education based on the 2020 Census. The proposed district map will be available at the meeting for review or by accessing www.evanscounty.org.


Culinary Arts student Dale Kennison volunteered today at North Springs' "Home for the Holidays" Christmas party. Owner Jill Griffin shared, "Dale did a marvelous job of helping!"

The CHS FFA sponsored a Toy Drive. Pictured are FFA members showing off some of the donated toys. Each student who donated a toy had their name entered into a drawing for $25, and Allie Ray was the winner. Ms. Gordon's 1st period class brought in the most toys, so they were treated to breakfast on Friday, December 17th.

Save the Date for a Table Talk on Tuesday, January 25th. The topic is Transition from high school for individuals with IEPs featuring Parent to Parent of Georgia.



On pajama day, Ms. Oliver/Mrs. Keyfauver’s class exchanged puzzles with one another and also had enjoyed putting them together.





Mrs. Cowart, Ms. Miyon and Ms. Taylor would like to say thank you to Mrs. Melinda Hodges for reading to their class. A very special thank you to Santa and his precious helpers for visiting the classroom with a great book for us to take home and read!
