The Help a Child Smile mobile dental van will be at CMS/CHS on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. There is no cost to you if your child is insured with Medicaid/PeachCare for Kids, and they also accept most private dental plans. The mobile dental van is a full service mobile dentist office that can provide complete exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride, as well as sealants and cavity treatments when needed. If your child does not have a regular dentist or hasn't had a dental visit in the past 12 months, this is a great opportunity! Information packets with consent forms were sent home with all students in their back to school packets given out at the beginning of the school year. Additional copies of the form can be obtained in the school's front office, or you can sign your child up online at www.MySchoolDentist.com.
