If you stopped by Mrs. LaKeisha Welch's room today, you may have thought you were at a hospital! Nurse aide students were preparing for their mock drills. These drills must be passed before clinicals can be pursued. Today's practice sessions were based on student-identified areas of weakness. Some of the skills reviewed and practiced were bedpan assistance, bed bathing, and the donning of compression socks.
