In this activity, students are putting a cut-up sentence back together, reading it to a partner, and rewriting it themselves. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERNING THE CMS BASKETBALL GAME IN PORTAL ON SATURDAY... Admission to PMHS basketball games will be cashless again this year. Spectators need to purchase their tickets on GoFan. PMHS also has the GoFan Box Office equipment that allows spectators to use a credit card or debit card for ticket purchases. World Kindness Day is a global observance dedicated to promoting and celebrating acts of kindness. This day serves as a reminder of the positive impact that kindness can have on individuals, communities, and the world at large. It encourages people to perform intentional acts of kindness and foster a culture of compassion and generosity. For World Kindness Day, Claxton Middle School will be collecting canned goods and non-perishable items through next Friday, November 17th for our local food bank. This will be a Battle of the Houses (Reveur, Isibindi, Amistad, and Altruismo). The house that collects the most items will earn House Points AND a Popcorn Party! May the BEST House Win!

In Ms. Adams' 8th grade English Language Arts classes, students are embarking on an exciting journey of learning through Self-Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) research. This innovative approach to education empowers students to take charge of their learning and explore topics that genuinely intrigue them. SOLE research involves students posing questions, conducting research, and sharing their findings with peers, all under the guidance of their teacher. The current research question is: "Is social media more helpful or harmful to teens?" This style of instructions helps prepare our students to be life-long learners. #RoarANDSoar

In the blink of an eye, these PreK students will be in high school! On Halloween, all PreK students trick-or-treated at The DEN.
